You are here - ETT International - Legal Information - Data Backup Policy
How often is my information backed up?

Your information is backed up nightly by two independent services. Each backup is stored in a separate location as a safeguard to ensure that, even in the event of a catastrophe like a tornado or flood, your information will be safe and your records can be quickly restored.

Who is responsible for credit and debit card information?

ETT International is not responsible for credit card information. When you receive your invoices from our businesses, you will be asked to log on to the company website and click on 'My Account'.  You will then be able to view your bill and click on 'pay' which will ask you to submit your credit card details.  ETT International has nothing to do with this information.  This bill paying process is  managed and stored solely by our merchant provider who processes the transactions.

How long is my data stored in the system after I delete it?

Any information you delete from our systems is no longer available, with the exception of credit card and bank account information, which is dealt with solely by our merchant provider and subject to their own data storage policies.
